- Start of hall planning: February 2011
- Admission and dispatch of all planning and service documents: May 2011
- Deadline catalogue entries: 17 October 2011
- Build-up: 13 - 17 October 2011
- Duration: 18 - 21 October 2011
- Dismantling: starting from 21 October, 6 pm - 24 October, 4 pm.
