New Sling chain Program of RUD allows safe working loads of up to 126 tons

When realising sling processes with RUD VIP chains, the maximum load was 42 tons using a chain with 22 mm diameter and 54 tons when using an additional balancer.

Just in time for the A + A show, the think tank of RUD launched the new >MAXI< VIP chains.

Thanks to this new VIP chain generation with a diameter of 28 mm in quality class 100, however, made of ICE patented steel, RUD is able to enter completely new fields of application, e.g., where loads over 50 tons have to be handled, for example heavy plant turbines, with large machines, etc. Chains made of the patented ICE material have got a hardness increased by 30% compared to a standard grade 80 chain as well as a considerably increased impact strength.

The first generation of lifting points with a double ball bearing for jerk - free turning, swiveling and tilting.
The optimised design prevents the lifting points as well as the load from being damaged.
Even under full load, can be turned in a 90° position from the bolt centre line. Not suitable for permanent swiveling under full load.

Version PP-B: The ring connection for hook assemblies.

With a double ball bearing for jerk - free turning, swiveling and tilting. Even under full load can be turned in a 90° position from the bolt centre line. Not suitable for permanent swiveling under full load.
The optimised design prevents the lifting points as well as the load from being damaged.
Version PP-S: The standard universal connection with eye hooks for ring assemblies, round slings, wire ropes and hook assemblies.
