Innovation and knowledge sharing central to Ansell’s customer approach
Brussels, October 6th 2009 – Ansell Healthcare, a global leader in barrier protective solutions, is launching its latest innovations in occupational protection at A+A 2009 in Düsseldorf, the world's largest and most important specialist trade fair for all aspects of safety and security. At the fair, Ansell will introduce its new Customer Experience Platform grouping the product offering into three categories: Mechanical Protection, Chemical & Liquid Protection and Product Protection. From November 3 to 6, Ansell specialists will be on hand at the stand J35 in Hall 6 for presentations and discussions with Safety & Prevention Officers, industry experts, purchasers, distributors and journalists. All visitors will also get the brand new Ansell Protection Solutions Catalogue.
New user-centric solutions platform
The A+A 2009 fair will be the occasion for Ansell to introduce its new Customer Experience Platform, which is the result of a global program designed to unify and simplify the Ansell glove selection process. The customer-centric program included intensive global investigations into user experiences, needs and preferences. One of the first tools resulting from this research and repositioning - which will be presented for the first time during A+A 2009 - is the introduction of a completely revised Ansell Protection Solutions Catalogue (see separate press release here).

Two of the innovation highlights that will be launched at A+A 2009 are the HyFlex® 11-402 - the first enhanced visibility multi-purpose glove to be coated with water-based PU and providing an ideal balance of comfort, protection and dexterity in jobs that require precision handling (see separate press release here) – and the new chemical-resistant glove AlphaTec® 58-270, benefiting from Ansell’s industry-leading grip technology with an enhanced dexterity and comfort.
