Communicating Effectively About Chemical Hazards

Oregon's Occupational Safety & Health Division (OR-OSHA) offers a
self-inspection checklist to help employers determine whether they are in
compliance with the Hazard Communication Standard and keep workers healthy and
productive.

The Hazard Communication Standard is based on a simple premise: Workers have
the right to know about hazardous chemicals they may be exposed to on the job
and how to protect themselves.
