Experience boco fire live
At the A+A trade fair, boco will have a selection from its comprehensive fire brigade collection on display. The work clothing specialist has "two hot irons in the fire” for safe protection during fire fighting operations: the models "Tango” and "Fire Pro”. With one protective suit each, consisting of a detachable jacket and pants, fire brigade personnel are well-equipped when things "get hot”. Absolute conformity with the EN 469 norm as well as anti-statics along the lines of the EN 1149-3 norm guarantee the highest possible safety. At the same time, durable upper material (NOMEX®), light-weight lining (Paralinex®) and the absolutely waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® membrane ensure the right degree of comfort and safety.
Waist fastenings, moisture barriers, a variety of pocket solutions and other intelligent details are geared towards the day-to-day needs of the fire brigade. A visible highlight of the Tango model is the "body language” concept: 3M ScotchliteTM triple reflective stripes attached in the form of a skeleton outline the wearer's silhouette and bring light into the dark during night operations. The intelligent design of the reflective stripes delineates the wearer even from a great distance and makes it possible to recognise his/her movements. In contrast, the Pro fire model provides colourful accents: whether it is orange contrasted with dark blue or dark blue with orange-coloured appliqués - this model is surely also an "eye-catcher”.
Another protective layer against flames consists in a short- or long-sleeved polo shirt. The navy blue shirt is made of a kermel/FR viscose mixture and certified in accordance with DIN EN 531, the heat and flame protection norm.
In addition to the protective suit and polo shirt, a working jacket for technical jobs in accordance with the EN 531 (heat protection), EN 533 Index 3 (flame protection) and EN 1149-3 (antistatic) is available with the Fire Pro model.
Brand new for day service: a soft shell wind stopper jacket as well as cargo pants including removable wind stopper pants. The service jacket captivates the viewer through its design in blue with beige inserts, reflective edging and concealed zippers and pockets. The 2-in-1 pants have a teflon coat made of 50% cotton, 48% polyester and 2% elastan as well as large side pockets with an additional pocket for a cellular phone.
