safety at work, which in turn should be part of everyday business management.
Vehicles used on public highways must comply with road traffic legislation,
such as regular examinations for road worthiness. Occupational safety and
health (OSH) legislation requires employers to assess risks and take
appropriate steps to ensure the health and safety of their employees. This
