The health of employees is a major concern for employers in the insurance
sector.

Its importance has been acknowledged within the industry and the companies
devote a great deal of time to employee health. According to the findings of a
Employer's Association of insurance companies in Germany (AGV) survey on
healthcare management in 2013, Occupational Health Management (OHM) has existed
in approximately two thirds of the insurance companies for more than five
years. Offers and services focusing on healthcare are available to all
employees in the companies.
