Harassment and Violence at Work

Joint guidance implementing a European Social Partner Agreement on Harassment
and Violence at Work published.

Any form of harassment and violence against workers, whether committed by
co-workers, managers or third-parties, is unacceptable. Therefore, European
level employer and trade union organisations agreed in 2007 on Framework
Agreement on Harassment and Violence at Work.

A joint guidance implementing a European Social Partner Agreement on Harassment
and Violence at Work guidance has been drawn up to help with the implementation
of the Framework Agreement. It is designed for use by both employers and
workers.
