“Impulses for a better working world” - the motto of this year's A+A is also a trendsetting theme for the safety shoe manufacturer ELTEN - and has been for 113 years. That's how long the German company has been in business and that's how long ELTEN has focused on the needs of its wearers. In times of a growing shortage of skilled workers, this is more important than ever. Only those who distinguish themselves through good working conditions can attract employees. And not only that - maintaining the health of the existing workforce is particularly important at the moment. And this starts with the feet: People who feel well protected and painfree in their shoes work more concentrated and with fewer mistakes, resulting in fewer accidents at work. As a result, the absenteeism costs for the employer are minimised - and even for one day of sick leave, these costs are significantly higher than the cost of a pair of good safety shoes. ELTEN places great emphasis on ergonomics, wearing comfort, keeping feet healthy and modern design in its work and safety footwear. The long-established company relentlessly researches new products and innovative technologies and initiates useroriented projects. Of course, ELTEN will also be presenting numerous new developments at this year's trade fair. Visitors can find out exactly which ones from the 24th to the 27th October in Hall 9.0 at Stand A04. After a four year break, ELTEN is finally offering a platform for exchange with experts and stakeholders again. And sustainability, the trend theme of this year's A+A, will also play a major role at the stand of the company from the Lower Rhine region.
