Wheelchairs can be hired from our first aid station at the North Entrance. Ask the exhibition staff or use the hall telephones located next to all entrances. In addition, a number of special vehicles are available in Duesseldorf. However, a pre-registration or pre-order is strongly recommended due to a limited number.

The regulations for childcare vary depending on the trade fair. In general, we only offer childcare for leisure fairs, not for trade fairs.

Registration is not necessary. Please discuss the duration of care and details with the care personnel on site. Please note that announcements via the hall loudspeakers are not possible during the trade fair!

At the entrances North, East and South we offer you the possibility to leave your cloakroom and luggage with our staff. After your visit to the fair, you can pick up the items again.

At some events, not all three entrances are open. Please follow the signs. Lockers are not available.

The meeting point is located in the North Entrance area. The symbol (four arrows pointing to a centered point) is widely visible.

Dogs are generally undesirable on the exhibition grounds. Exceptions are guide dogs and other dogs that support disabled people.

Our comprehensive WiFi network provides wireless internet access to our visitors. Use it to check mails, to get information about exhibiting companys or you download the Messe Düsseldorf App. The name of the WiFi Network is "HOTSPOT". Just connect!

Visitors with eTicket receive an access code for the complete day together with their entrance ticket. This code includes 1 GB data volume and a speed of 2 Mbit/s.

Additional premium voucher with unlimited volume and higher speed can be ordered online on the starting page of our HOTSPOT. Payment can be done quick and easy with Paypal.
If you prefer to pay cash, the purchase is possible at the fair administration cashiers office.

Exhibitors have the possibility to buy WiFi vouchers in the office of Deutsche Telekom.
