Where can I order tickets online?

Of course, you can also order tickets to our trade fairs in our ticket shop. It's very simple. And your big advantage: If you order online, you can also use the ticket as a ticket for the outward journey!

What do I have to consider when ordering discounted tickets online?

If you would like to purchase reduced admission tickets in the online shop, you will not receive a ticket here, but a registration confirmation. Please go to the ticket office and receive your reduced ticket upon presentation of a student card or student ID. Seniors over 65 years and job seekers can also receive a discount at the cash desk.

What payment options are available in the online shop?

Tickets can only be paid for by prepayment with credit cards or PayPal.

Where can I get tickets at short notice?

Admission tickets can generally be purchased at all open ticket counters during the fair. There are no other advance booking offices. In any case, there are enough tickets available, the fairs cannot be "sold out". Reservations are therefore not necessary.

What payment options do we have at the box office?

At our box offices we accept cash payments as well as payments by EC card or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Eurocard and Visa Card).

I have a disability card. Do I get a discount?

Yes, disabled persons generally receive a discount on the admission price at Messe Duesseldorf. When buying tickets in the online shop, please enclose a copy of your disability pass. Please have it ready for presentation at the box offices.

I am disabled and I am accompanied. What entrance fee must my companion pay?

If, due to your disability, you are dependent on a companion - corresponding entry in the disability card - your companion will receive free entry. Otherwise, the normal entrance fee is to be paid.

I can not come to the trade fair. What do I do with the tickets I bought?

Tickets purchased in the ticket shop can be submitted for reimbursement up to 14 days after the end of the event. Messe Düsseldorf will refund tickets purchased on site until the last day of the event. To do so, please contact the central cash desk at the exhibition management.

It is no longer possible to buy back unused tickets after the end of the trade fair.

Does the admission ticket also include free travel with the VRR public transport system?

The Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr  is a public transport association and SPNV task carrier in North Rhine-Westphalia. Its territory includes the Ruhr area, the Lower Rhine, parts of the Bergisches Land and the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, Duesseldorf.

Many tickets can be used for this, please pay attention to the information on your ticket. A voucher does not entitle you to free travel.
