New legal identity - Medicom SAS

Dear customers and suppliers,

We would like to inform you that the name of our legal entity has changed. From September 2023, Groupe Kolmi Hopen SAS will become Medicom SAS.
This change is part of our drive to create an unified European entity closely linked to our global group, under the Medicom banner.

In Europe, our future will be built around two strong pillars: dental on the one hand, and medical and industrial on the other. From now on, the European medical and industrial segments will be handled by Medicom SAS, the new identity of the French-based Kolmi Hopen Group. The European dental segment will be concentrated and developed by Medicom GmbH, the new identity of Loser GmbH, a German-based company acquired during the pandemic.
