Düsseldorf, 7 November 2025 – A+A 2025, the world-leading trade for safety, security and health at work, closes with impressive results after four successful trade fair days. Under the guiding topic “People Matter” the trade fair seamlessly followed on from the successes of the previous events. Altogether 2,340 exhibitors from 70 countries presented the complete spectrum of products, technologies and innovations for a safe, healthy and sustainable world of work in 13 exhibition halls. To the tune of 67,000 trade visitors from 150 nations travelled to Düsseldorf to inform themselves about the trends and tomorrow’s topics in this industry. This growth in visitor numbers underscores the importance of A+A as the world’s leading trade fair.
A+A 2025 convinced with high international attendance, high-calibre visitor quality and palpable dynamics in the exhibition halls. 81% of the visitors polled were decision-makers from industry, skilled crafts, administration and services and used the world-leading trade fair to network, encourage investment and make new business contacts. All relevant professional groups were represented at A+A 2025. At 52% the percentage of international visitors remained unchanged compared to the previous event. 16% of all visitors came from overseas.

The high relevance of A+A’s offerings was reflected by the high satisfaction levels of the trade audience: some 97% of the visitors confirmed that their expectations for the trade fair had been fully met or even exceeded. A+A maps the global market for personal protective equipment (PPE) in an unrivalled manner. In addition, it presents the latest trends in sustainable materials used in PPE, mental health at the workplace and digital assistance systems for safety at work. For trade visitors, ergonomics, artificial intelligence (AI) and New Work were focus.
Innovations for tomorrow’s world of work
The strong relevance of A+A’s themes was reflected in the high level of satisfaction among trade visitors: around 97 percent confirmed that their expectations of the trade fair were fully met or even exceeded. For the professional audience, the focus topics included ergonomics, artificial intelligence (AI), and new work.
A+A covers the global market for personal protective equipment (PPE) in a uniquely comprehensive way. Beyond that, it presents the latest trends – from sustainable materials in PPE and mental health in the workplace to digital assistance systems for safe working environments.
The EXO PARK showcased exoskeletons and digital ergonomics solutions in realistic application scenarios, making future technologies tangible. In the areas of workwear and PPE, exhibiting companies demonstrated that modern protective clothing has long united design, function, and sustainability. Lightweight materials, smart features, and resource-efficient production processes characterized the collections – as did a growing awareness of comfort and identity in the workplace.
A special source of inspiration once again came from the International Start-up Zone and the Start-up Area of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), where young companies impressed with creativity and innovative strength – from sensor-based protection systems and AI analyses to sustainable solutions for greater safety and efficiency.
