Düsseldorf, 29 April 2025 – Under the leading theme “People Matter” Düsseldorf will again become the meeting point for the international expert community for the future of work from 4 to 7 November 2025. Visitors are in for a comprehensive overview of current developments and trends – with a clear focus on sustainability, digitalisation and New Work. Numerous formats will also extend an invitation to exchange and network. The trade fair combines the leading international trade exhibition with a high-calibre congress that fuses practice-oriented know-how with the latest scientific findings.
Registering over 2,200 exhibitors and a blend of international market leaders plus first-time exhibitors A+A 2025 will provide a comprehensive panorama of all relevant innovations and developments.
Experience technologies, discover trends – from exoskeletons to smart PPE to tomorrow’s corporate wear
Visitors can look forward to a host of expert impulses and solutions. The trade fair will present latest technologies and products such as exoskeletons, virtual-reality applications for occupational safety, drone solutions for disaster relief as well as AI-assisted risk analyses and ergonomic New Work concepts. In addition, international market leaders and rising start-ups will showcase the latest products and developments in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), that impressively merge safety and efficiency with sustainability. Beyond this, the trade fair will offer a wide selection of high-quality components, wovens and upstream products because component quality plays a decisive role for the performance and safety of working equipment.
Proving a further highlight will be the Corporate Wear and Workwear segment, which plays a prominent role at A+A 2025. The requirements made on modern workwear are changing rapidly: sustainable materials, smart textiles (wearables) with built-in sensors, personalised designs as well as gender-neutral, comfy fits are in focus here. A+A 2025 shows what is possible – both at the exhibition stands and in spectacular presentations on the Fashion Show stage. Here, visitors will experience live and direct how functionality, safety and modern design complement each other perfectly.
Deepen knowledge, take home impulses – trade fair and congress as sources of inspiration
The A+A Congress 2025 will come with fresh new formats that pick up on and present current trends hands-on. Centrestage will be topics such as sustainability and the effects of climate change, the promotion of health and mental well-being in the working world as well as effective prevention strategies – especially for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). Also very much in the spotlight will be the role of digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence in modern safety at work.
In addition to this, WearRAcon Europe, featuring as part of A+A on the fairgrounds for the second time now, will provide exciting thematic deep dives with its focus on wearable robotics and also extend the congress offering to include forward-looking perspectives in the field of exoskeletons for professional use. The Conference is organised by Fraunhofer IPA and the IFF of Stuttgart University in cooperation with the Wearable Robotics Association (USA).
Promote future technologies, provide impulses and share ideas
The trade fair ranges will be complemented by a line-up of international forums offering hands-on solutions for the challenges of tomorrow. At the Trend Forum leading experts will provide insights into current developments and research results. Also represented for the first time will be the BMWK YOUNG INNOVATORS joint stand in the “Health at Work” area. Here start-ups can showcase their innovative solutions for occupational safety, ergonomics and prevention – financially supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). Special emphasis is also paid to the close cooperation with the industrial fire brigade association, which will become the meeting point for professional and company fire brigades from Germany and abroad.
A+A is the central platform for actively shaping tomorrow’s world of work. A+A 2025 is exactly the right place for anyone responsible for safety, health and sustainability in their company.
