UNIGLOVES DOUBLES ITS PROTECTIVE GLOVE RANGE WITH THE LAUNCH OF NEW REUSABLE HAND PROTECTION SOLUTIONS
Hand protection specialist Unigloves has more than doubled its range of protective gloves with the launch of a new range of industrial gloves and specialist electrical safety gloves.
The new Unigloves industrial glove range ensures truly comprehensive hand protection against all major risk categories, including chemical, cut, impact, thermal and electrical hazards.
Covering a wide range of industry sectors from automotive and aerospace, utilities, glass handling and manufacturing through to construction, engineering and food and drink manufacture, the new Nitrex range provides a combination of physical protection from cut, puncture and abrasion resistance, to dry, wet and oil grip in addition to chemical resistance and thermal protection.
It also includes a protective sleeve and chemical gauntlet options along with a range of dip coatings.
New glove technologies have also been developed, including:
NitreGrip™ Technology - a new, advanced surface treatment providing an assured grip when working in dry, wet or oily conditions.
NitreGuard™ Technology assuring a high-performance in the straight blade cut test for workers requiring cut protection.
For those having to wear their gloves for extended periods of time or in warmer environments, Unigloves has incorporated Sanitized® Actifresh into selected products. A hygiene and odour control function integrated within the glove, neutralising odours and reducing microbial growth. This article contains a biocidal product with the active substance zinc pyrithione.
Joining Nitrex is the Sibille Safe electricians range providing dielectric and arc flash protection from 500 Volts to 36,000 Volts. Supporting the range is comprehensive ancillary equipment including leather over gloves, cotton under gloves, storage containers and safety checking equipment.
