In the following months we will assist you in preparing for the trade fair with regular up!dates. Here, you will find topics and deadlines that you already need to address in your plans.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Catalog and App

Select the suitable marketing package offer so that you can clearly present your company, products and solutions to fair visitors in the official trade fair media. By doing so, you can polish your image while making it easier for potential clients to find and contact you.

An overview of all advertising options can be found in the Online Order System (OOS).

To place an unmistakably visible advertising campaign in all communication channels, we recommend ordering one of our very limited event sponsoring packages (Silver, Golden, or Platinum Exhibitor).

You can place orders until the order deadline on 30 June 2023.

Outdoor advertising
Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 26 September 2023.

Flat-Rate Disposal Fee during the Trade Fair: A Small Surcharge for Great Comfort

To make participating in the trade fair even easier and more convenient for you, we have further improved our waste management service. Instead of ordering waste bags via the Online Order System (OOS) as was previously the case, every exhibitor automatically is provided with an on-site delivery and pick-up service for the entire duration of the fair.
Before the start of the event, waste bags for paper, packaging, glass and residual waste will be delivered to each stand in sufficient quantities. You fill the waste bags according to type and simply tie them off and place them in the hall aisle in the evening (for joint stands, there will be a central collection point). Our service partner will collect them and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner – so you don't have to worry about anything else!

Please note that this service only covers waste generated at the stand during the trade fair. Production waste (e.g. from exhibited machines or professional stand catering) as well as set-up and dismantling waste are not included.
