For example with a free service: post your press releases on the A+A Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Exhibitor Pass: Your Ticket to Local Public Transport

Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr linked transport system (VRR), price level D, to and from the trade fair, free of charge. Please be sure to order any additional exhibitor passes by 02 October 2017.

Forwarding Services & Container

Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 05 October 2017.

A+A Get Together

We like to celebrate the A+A Get Together with you.

On the second day of the fair
Wednesday, 18 October 2017,
from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm
in hall 11,
stand G 04/K 04

we will be waiting for you and your team at the “halftime party” with sounds of GOODFELLAS Allstars. A variety of snacks will provide the perfect basis for cool drinks and fresh Düsseldorf dark beer.

Traffic Regulation including Environmental Zone

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.
