The first target is pursued thanks to a capillary selling network, based on a territorial organization, made up of area agents and direct sales managers who follow the customer during all the production stages and order managing, starting from production up to the relative delivery. The clienteles information is considered a strategic resource and is continuous: it commences through confirmation, within 24 hours from the order receipt adding time required for the supply of materials and ends up through delivery in real time of the shipment documents.
The second target is pursued through an internal technical structure made up of various managers for each specific product, continuously looking for new fabrics to propose. At the same time, it is regarded fundamental to understand the customers requirements and express these into saleable textiles. Guaranteed quality in terms of quantity and time is the objective of this highly specialized department. Since 2002, its management has worked for the company to be certified under ISO 9001/UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Certificate N. IT04/1277 in improved pursuit of the company mission.
