A+A Congress Sustainable safety and health at work
The International A+A Congress will take place in parallel to A+A from 4 to 7 November 2025. It is organised by the Basi – the Federal Association for Occupational Safety and Health. The congress takes up the future topics of digitalisation and sustainability and, as a leading international trade event, presents national and global political advances. This includes prevention strategies such as the "Vision Zero". In addition, occupational science findings from application-oriented research are presented and discussed.
The congress builds an attractive bridge between innovative products and services as well as the expertise of company experts, scientific findings and best practice solutions. Furthermore, it offers all users, company stakeholders, consulting experts and occupational physicians a lively and innovative platform for high-quality prevention knowledge. In addition, it promotes the exchange of information between the state occupational health and safety authorities, the supervisory staff of the accident insurance institutions, the self-governing authorities and the workplace representative bodies, as well as politicians.

The A+A Congress is the central joint event for occupational safety in Germany - parallel to the A+A trade fair, the world marketplace for products and services for personal protection, occupational safety and health at work.

About Basi
The Federal Association for Occupatio¬nal Safety and Health (Basi) is Germany‘s national association of all non-commercial organizations involved in safety and health at work. It is a registered association with 86 member organizations. These include ministries of the German federal and regi¬onal governments, the social partners, sta¬tutory accident and health insurance ins¬titutions, industry associations, research bodies and institutes of higher education, and other institutions. The Basi was foun¬ded in 1961.
The Basi‘s mission as set out in its articles of association is to improve the status of safety and health at work in Germany. For this purpose, it carries out joint tasks in the area of occupational safety and health and associated areas, in consultation with its members.
